These Terms remain in effect unless either you or the Company terminates them.

Throughout the remainder of the billing cycle, you will retain the same level of access to the Trial or the Paid Subscription. Please note that there are no refunds for terminating or canceling your Trial or Paid Subscription. If you decide to discontinue your subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel it in a timely manner, regardless of whether you actively use the Trial or the Paid Subscription.

Under our sole discretion, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, a breach of the Terms.
