The date of the first payment will be established as your billing date. If your next billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month, the payment will be processed on the last day of that month.

To request a refund, please get in touch with our Support team. Refunds will be processed following an investigation on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is issued for recurring billing, it will lead to the immediate cancellation of the recurring service. Similarly, a refund for fees related to any nonrecurring service will result in the immediate termination of access to that service.
